NYC Garden Center and Plant Nursery

As a member of the Home & Garden Showplace group of garden supply dealers, we carry one of the largest and most diversified nursery stock in the New York City area. Our greenhouse stock serves Queens, and the rest of NYC. The variety of material we carry is carefully selected from a number of commercial growers for quality, value and adaptability for our growing area. Among those growers are Monrovia Nursery, Iseli Nursery, Chesapeake Nursery, Imperial Nursery, as well as many more locally and from around the country. Spring and summer annuals are grown for us by a number of local and regional growers. The fall brings the apple crop with a large variety of apples from New York’s Hudson Valley. Many of our customers look forward to the fresh, delicious apples from September through Thanksgiving. Pumpkins, fall decorations, ornamental cabbages, pansies and chrysanthemums round out the fall season. For the Christmas season, Garden World Inc. selects fine quality balsam fir in a variety of sizes and reasonable prices to meet the most demanding customer. Christmas/Hanukah decorations are also a trademark of the Garden World Inc. store starting in November. We carry a variety of indoor and outdoor decorations including tress, lights, wreaths, yard inflatables, lawn ornaments, light-up characters, window lights and more..

Our greenhouse stocks holiday and seasonal plants to satisfy the indoor plant lover. Plant accessories and one of New York’s largest selections of pots, pottery and baskets round out the plant lover’s shopping list. As a garden center we naturally stock a variety of hand tools, fertilizers, fungicides and chemicals to meet the outdoor gardener’s demands.
